Kim Langen
Founder and CEO of Spirit of Math®. She is responsible for bringing WMO to Canada.
Nathan Langen
Director of WMO Canada™ and Director of Strategy and Development at Spirit of Math®. He has been with WMO Canada™ since 2015 and Spirit of Math® since 2013.
Nicole Torres
Manager of WMO Canada™ and Contest and Competition Manager at Spirit of Math®. Nicole has an M.A. in education, a B.Ed. and a B.A. She has five years of international teaching experience.
Ashley Ye
WMO Canada™ Level 1 Head Coach. She is also the Campus Director for the Spirit of Math® Richmond Hill North Campus, and before this, she was a grade 7 to 10 teacher at Spirit of Math®. She holds a B.Sc. in Physics & Astrophysics and a B.Ed. She led Team Canada at the WMO Global finals in 2017 and 2018.
Sarah Bax
WMO Canada™ Level 2 Head Coach. She is also a grade 7 and 8 teacher at Spirit of Math®. She holds a M.Sc. in Mathematics & Statistics, along with extensive experience writing for international mathematics contests. She has been the head coach for Level 2 for the past 2 years.
Yujin Lee
WMO Canada™ Level 1 Coach. She is an experienced grade 5 and 6 teacher at Spirit of Math® and has taught for over 5 years. She holds a B.Ed. and B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics and graduated from a Concurrent Teacher Education program.
Alvin Zhao
WMO Canada™ Level 2 Coach. He is also a grade 9, 10, and 11 teacher at Spirit of Math®. He holds a M.Sc. in Geophysics and a B.Sc. in Astrophysics. He has extensive experience teaching and training for mathematics and physics contests.
